The Project
Metro Tower, one more dazzling City of Arabia project, is located almost in the center of Dubailand. Built in a dynamic tapering shape and with interlocking curves, the residential-cum-commercial complex effectively presents a great viewing spectacle. Structure
The 45-storeyed Metro Tower offers 264 residential units positioned over 28 floors. As regards the commercial section, the initial 16 floors (Floor 1 to 16) of Metro Tower are assigned exclusively for office units.
