Overview Comprised of numerous liesure and entertainment components such as three world-class theme parks, one liesure/entertainment complex, four themed hotels and a 9-hole golf course, Living Legends is a unique Dubailand development aiming to become Dubai’s leading tourist destination and favored leisure center for local, regional as well as international visitors.
Location Living Legends project is located around the golf course in the heart of Dubai’s new commercial, residential and recreational district, Dubailand.
Architect and Design Living Legends, introduced only recently in February 2007, will consist of stylish villas in a beautiful setting. Designed along contemporary Arabian themes, the houses will be laid on gently elevated slopes. Meticulously designed with the latest knowhow on building technology, the villas boast of impressive exteriors as well as roomy interiors.
The Legends Resort is planned with a typical collection of international class theme parks, closely-relating theme hotels, 500 independent state-of-the-art villas/residential apartments, various business/commercial wings and leisure/entertainment components including a golf course.

- Themed Hotels. Four hotels located in prime locations and named as, Legends Tower, Arabian, Caribbean and Medieval.
- 9-Hole Golf Course and Golf Academy. Meant for experinced golfers as also for beginners.
- Golf Course Hotel. A boutique-styled hotel to be built within the golf course.
Available Villas and Prices
Four and five bed/five bath (plus one for servant) villas starts from 2.683,000.00 AED (approx US$ 0.73 million). Total area starts from 251 sq m. Likely to be completed by December 2008. Type-wise prices of of the villas are:
- Type A - US$ 2.00million.
- Type B - US$ 1.24 million.
- Type C - US$ 0.91 million.
- Type D - US$ 0.73 million. (Sold out.)
The prices of the properties are subject to change. The cost is required to be paid in 10 equal installments at various stages of the construction.
