Dubai Pearl
Dubai Pearl, a mixed-use development being built over an area of 929,000 sq meters (10 million square feet). Being built at a cost of USD 1.3 billion, it is scheduled for completion by late 2008.
Project location
- In TECOM free zone.
- Between Dubai Media City and the Knowledge Village.
- Connecting the two main coastal roads leading to the entrance of the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.
Project details
Dubai Pearl will comprise residential apartments, hotels, theaters, retail and office spaces linked together and built on a circular 4-storey podium of approximately 500 meter diameter.
- Residences
- Six freehold residential towers.
- Total of 2,000 one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.
- Hotels
- Three luxury hotel towers with a total of 1,500 rooms.
- Two of the hotels will be four-star and the third, five-star.
- The five-star hotel will have 720 rooms and will be managed by the Swiss Mövenpick Group.

- Two towers covering:
- Two million sq ft across 45 levels
- 1.2 million sq ft of retail space (Dubai Pearl Mall),
