Design and Architect of DEC Towers
Being built to the highest construction standards, DEC Towers is being constructed by Strabag Dubai LLC as contractors for the substructure and superstructure while the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works are being carried out by ENASCO Mechanical Contracting LLC.
DEC Towers
This is a mixed use real estate in Dubai Marina. It will consist of two residential towers of which one will be 25-storeyed and the other, 21. In addition, there will be an L-shaped 3-storeyed complex in front of the residential towers. The ground floor of the L-shaped structure will be serve as a shopping centre and the upper two floors as office premises.
Apartments
When ready by the end of 2007, DEC Towers will comprise 506 residential units and around 2,900 square meters of retail area. The residential units will comprise of 151 studio apartments, 173 one-bedroom flats, 174 two-bedroom flats and eight penthouses.
Facilities
Amenities of DEC Towers include a swimming pool, health club, squash court, outdoor jogging tracks, billiards room, CCTV monitoring in public places, boutiques and restaurants.
